Camcorder Guerrillas Video Training Workshop for Asylum Seekers – October 2014

Camcorder Guerrillas are running a training day at CCA as part of the Generation project, which aims to equip asylum seekers to make their own short films and distribute these online.

The participants will learn how to plan, film, edit, upload films to YouTube, Vimeo etc and share them using social networks, using basic camcorders, mobile phones or still cameras and learn the basics of editing on widely available computer software such as iMovie.

No special computer skills or previous filming experience is required. The training will be led by Camcorder Guerrilla members with experience of grassroots video activism.

The training is FREE for Asylum Seekers.
